They have been developing fabrics in the UK for over 140 years and have stuck by their values – to create fabrics ‘which would suit a variety of clothing requirements, from the rigours of life in the armed forces to the demands of country pursuits’.
And yes, British Millerain fabric has actually been used by troops for its durability and weatherproof capabilities.

The waterproof waxed cotton shell ensures you are kept as dry as possible during wet weather, with the waxed peak offering further protection for your face.
Your Bransford Cap will still be suitable for hotter months too as the peak helps keep the Sun off your face and the lightweight design ensures you aren’t weighed down too much. It also includes an internal sweatband, soaking up any perspiration to keep your face and eyes as dry as possible. Air vents beneath this band allow moisture to escape.
